Pension Information Day with English-Czech Interpretation

Are you approaching retirement age and do not speak Czech well? We offer you the opportunity to discuss questions related to your entitlements under the Czech pension insurance system with the assistance of English interpretation. Book an appointment for Thursday, 5 November 2026, at the CSSA Headquarters Client Centre in Prague.

Consultations will be provided individually, free of charge, and with English interpretation available. Clients may obtain information on eligibility conditions for a pension under the Czech pension insurance system, procedures for claiming pension rights when they have worked or been insured in more than one country, payment of pensions abroad and other practical matters related to Czech pension insurance.The consultations are limited exclusively to the Czech state pension insurance system. They do not cover entitlements arising from private pension schemes or foreign pension systems.

Advance booking through the online reservation system is required. In the list of offices, select “Klientské centrum ústředí ČSSZ” and then choose “Consultation in English / Konzultace v angličtině”.Please bring a valid identity document and and where applicable we recommend to bring any documents relating to your insurance periods, employment, or residence in the Czech Republic or abroad that may be relevant to assessing your situation.
